A beautiful sunny day was gifted us today in NE Ohio.  Chilly but not a chilly as sitting at a Captain's game last night.  The good thing is they won!  The bad thing is ballpark food is really not calorie friendly.  But I made good choices and felt o.k. about that small bag of popcorn too.  Hope everyone is doing well and staying on track.      lol b
