My!  How time flies when your're having fun.  I am really excited about all these 'April Showers' and looking forward to each and every day.  The Captains are playing and we're season ticket holders and have been since the park opened.  The dampness and cold kept us home last night and from what the N-H said this a.m. it kept all but 100 home last night!  My food plan is steady, my attitude is MUCH better, and my confidence is being restored little by little.  My clothes feel better and so do I.  I'm so happy to be a part of this Lighten Up group.
