OMG!  It's the 10th already.  My  best friend is mad at me as I didn't observe her birthday properly..  I know what that means.  I once returned a cousin's birthday card because I warned her if you send it late I feel that I'm an afterthought.  And now I'm doing the same thing to a friend that means the world to me!  What's that all about.  Is it all about me?  NO!  Absolutely not.  jUST being a little self centered right now.  I'm home alone because I don't want to be at a Captains' ball game with my spouse.  I want to be alone to reflect just where my thing is.
